Lead a team of +50 people from supply chain, operations, and business in defining sourcing strategies, objectives, and continuous improvement project tracking. Lead the scalability of best practices in 14 factories: team training, change management, implementation roadmap, and results evaluation. Participate in raw material and packaging sourcing strategy plans with Procurement, Business, and Operations. Manage an inventory of finished goods and materials of +USD 100 million (maintaining a turnover of less than 30 days) and define its inventory policies. Lead the demand process with Marketing and Sales, developing metrics and dashboards to monitor and improve forecasting for over 1500 SKUs. Supervise and coordinate production planning and procurement of production materials for 4 business units in the food sector with over 14 production plants to supply the local and international markets (LATAM, Europe, Asia, and Africa).

Lead a team of +13 people in defining the use of production line capacity, inventory policies, and annual improvement objectives. Coordinate the S&OP process between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Logistics to define planning and procurement that ensure sales plans. Restructure roles and functions of the team in charge, prioritize them, and define strategic actions to lead. Supervise and coordinate the production planning of 4 own and 3 outsourced factories to supply the local and international markets (LATAM, Europe, and Africa). Manage operational inventory (less than 24 days) and annually define strategic actions for the improvement of over 300 SKUs. Manage inventory obsolescence (less than 0.5% of consumption), coordinating actions for its commercialization with Marketing and Logistics. Participate in strategic projects for new products and production lines with Operations and Marketing to agree on dates and budgets. Define the supply quota for the domestic market and LATAM that ensures the fulfillment of sales plans. Monitor and develop tracking metrics that identify improvement opportunities.
