I speak and teach about human leadership because my experience allows me to. For more than 15 years I have worked in the corporate world leading people and work teams. I give leadership workshops for people with or without teams in charge. I accompany companies in the areas of human resources to make a deep analysis of their work teams, culture, leaders, and how the system can improve to adapt to the needs and objectives of the company. With my support, the company will be able to improve its team retention objectives, reduce staff turnover and become an attractive company for high-level personnel.

Responsible for the administration of Location World's operations in the Andean Region, as regional manager the highest responsibilities were in leading teams from 5 countries and from all areas of the company and ensuring that they work as a team, maintaining a culture of trust and good results with remote work.

Responsible for the development and operation of Location World for Colombia. We started the project with 3 people and 1 client and after 3 years the Colombia operation became one of the most important in Latin America, with 300 high-level clients and 35 people on the team, 50% of whom provided services for the entire region.
