With 18 years of rich experience in corporate legal departments where I drafted, negotiated, audited, and trained operational staff in contractual matters, both in real estate projects (real estate asset management, management of construction contracts for tertiary premises) and infrastructure construction. My experience has also given me a global vision of the business world by linking business projects to governance issues (preparation of meetings, account closing processes, legal formalities, drafting activity reports, drafting and amending articles of association, creating an endowment fund, mission-driven company, etc.).

This operational and pragmatic approach, inherited from my background, allows me to tackle issues from a different angle than my colleagues, focusing on risk anticipation and pre-litigation management to preserve business relationships, brand image, etc.

As such, my practice is oriented towards the collaborative process, for which I am trained, which allows stakeholders, within a legally secure framework, to preserve their mutual interests by avoiding litigation (containing the risk of judicial uncertainty), often saving them significant time and procedural costs.
