After more than 15 years in HR within international groups like Korn Ferry, Valeo, and Cegid, I have developed expertise across the entire talent acquisition scope: from workforce planning to onboarding new employees, particularly for IT roles and in high-volume recruitment contexts.
In late 2021, I decided to embark on a more entrepreneurial adventure by creating an HR and recruitment consulting firm to support companies and leaders facing their human capital challenges.
