I am Carmine, a chef, trainer, and consultant in Italian cuisine.

After years of general and specific studies and with a long and enriching experience, I created my company in 2017.

I mainly focus on management advice and strategies, audits, and cuisine training for new Italian restaurant openings or for existing restaurants that wish to optimize their operations and results, by supporting them in the long term or not.

MY MAIN SERVICES (non-exhaustive list depending on the restaurant's situation:

- Management advice and strategies

- Creation of a modern and creative menu, personalized according to the restaurant's characteristics

- Cuisine training

If needed, I will also take care of staff recruitment, streamlining purchases with partner suppliers at negotiated prices, dish technical sheets, food cost, support for restaurant layout and kitchen equipment, and any other potential restaurant needs.
