I am Carmine, an Italian cuisine Chef, trainer, and consultant.

After years of general and specific studies and with a wealth of enriching experience, I created my company in 2017.

I mainly focus on management advice and strategies, audits, and cuisine training for new Italian restaurant openings or for existing restaurants that wish to optimize their operations and results, supporting them in the long term or not.

MY MAIN SERVICES (a non-exhaustive list depending on the restaurant's situation:
