Carmen Rocío Lendínez Redecillas

I am Carmen Rocío Lendínez Redecillas, a Hispanic philologist specializing in the history of the Spanish language, medieval Castilian literature, and historical phraseology. I have a solid academic background—a Degree in Hispanic Philology, a double Master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature and in Teaching Profession—and I am currently pursuing the Interuniversity Doctorate in Languages and Cultures at the University of Jaén, in the Spanish Language and Linguistics track. My doctoral thesis is part of historical linguistics studies, specifically focusing on the study of idioms in the texts of the first cycle of the 'mester de clerecía'.

My career combines teaching experience in Secondary and High School with research activity and academic publications, without neglecting my creative side: I have won poetry awards and maintain a rigorous and sensitive writing style, dedicated to language and thought.

Furthermore, I specialize in the correction and editing of texts, both academic and literary, and I aim to expand my professional career in the editorial field, where I can combine my linguistic sensitivity with philological rigor.
