In recent years, I have supported companies from various industries in areas related to workplace health, prevention, statutory requirements of employee protection, and organizational development.

As a co-founder and managing director of WorkPlaceHealth, I support companies with solutions in the fields of corporate health management, occupational psychology, occupational medicine, and workplace health promotion. I work closely with management, HR departments, executives, and subject matter experts.

My professional background combines economics, business law, project management, business analysis, and entrepreneurial responsibility. I see myself not just as a classic consultant, but above all as an implementer: Concepts and presentations are important, but never the actual goal. What matters is whether an idea becomes a viable process that is accepted and lived within the company.

My work includes strategic consulting in the areas of corporate health management, prevention, and employee health, as well as the development and implementation of health strategies and prevention concepts. In addition, I manage complex health projects, coordinate interdisciplinary services from occupational medicine, occupational psychology, and workplace health promotion, and develop suitable governance, communication, and reporting structures for them. I am particularly interested in issues at the interface of health, leadership, corporate culture, and work organization.
