Over 10 years I've designed and led research for the World Bank, IADB, UN Women, and government ministries across 22 countries. That means managing large-scale data collection, overseeing field teams, building cross-country databases, and delivering findings to ministers, donors, and multilateral organizations under real deadlines.

I recently expanded into AI data work — VLM ranking, agent evaluation, and annotation QA. My research training translates directly: I'm used to working with structured rubrics, catching inconsistencies in data, and maintaining quality at scale. Behavioral science is a particular strength — I co-authored a World Bank paper on applying behavioral nudges in field experiments.
