First, I migrated the existing sales report from Excel to Google Sheets and made initial optimizations.

Subsequently, I added new possible data inputs and created dashboards according to customer requirements, which were intended to provide an overview of current and past sales, also broken down by sales channel or desired customer. These dashboards have become not only clear elements but also enable calculations of estimated future revenues and comparisons to the previous year and month. The report was designed in such a way that the extension to a new year was very quick, including writing the detailed documentation. This empowers the customer to make changes and optimizations independently in the future.

Of course, I am still available to the customer for possible questions, but I am also happy when my documentation enables the company's employees to work independently with the report.

Whether through process optimization or automation of recurring tasks, I help finance teams work more efficiently, freeing up time for other projects. I can also assist with creating reports and dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets, so your team always has the most important figures in view, and at a glance.

In this role, I initially automated accounting so that a central invoice receipt could be used instead of manual entries in an Excel table to organize approvals with moss and make preparatory accounting more efficient.

Furthermore, I was responsible for creating reports and providing recommendations based on them. I dealt with sourcing helpful software, negotiation talks, implementing new software solutions, and training the team. I also optimized various processes, updated process documentation, or created detailed documentation.

During my employment, a small retail business was also opened, which led to the project of scaling sales. Together with a person from the logistics team and one from the purchasing team, I worked on calculating margins, reporting daily and monthly sales per channel, and identifying top and flop products.

I also had the opportunity to provide resilience training to my colleagues.
