Supervision and implementation of improvements in procedures and quality control for the manufacturing of telecommunications structures, electrical transmission, and general supports, as well as coordination of instrumentation and control engineering projects, hiring and supervision of personnel. Preparation of bids for public and private tenders and technical analysis of bids.
