For over 18 years, I have been responsible for the Management Control and IT departments, as well as coordinating plant accounting and other financial tasks. During this time, I have been part of the plant's management committee, actively participating in change processes and contributing to the growth and results achieved. In addition to plant responsibilities, I have supported the business unit in Spain as a key user of SAP CO, conducted internal control audits, PO Group Currently monitoring Main tasks:

• Monthly and annual financial closings

• Budget preparation, modeling, control, and strategic planning

• Monitoring and control of industrial projects

• Capital investment reporting and monitoring

• Product and process cost analysis

• KPI monitoring and analysis

• Supervision, coordination, and support of production and staff departments

• Financial reporting and decision-making support

• Internal audits and liaison with external auditors

• Accounts payable and receivable management

• Treasury and cash control

• Negotiation with banks and financial institutions

• Performing various office administrative tasks
