About Carlos

For 20 years, I have managed logistics and supply chain operations in some of the most demanding companies in the world: Amazon, Inditex/Tempe, BMW Group. With teams of up to 160 people, multi-country operations, thousands of stores, and SKUs.

At Amazon, I saw something up close that changed my way of thinking: artificial intelligence massively applied to operations. Not as an experiment, but as a daily engine of decisions, efficiency, and scale. And I understood two things. First: the productivity leap is real and enormous. Second: outside of a few companies, almost no one has started down that path.

That's where I saw the opportunity. I decided to go out and apply that knowledge where it's needed most—in the real fabric of companies, in operations, with shippers, carriers, and logistics operators—and build tools that put intelligent automation within reach of companies that today are still working with paper and spreadsheets.

Open to collaborations in logistics management, interim management, and projects where combining real operational experience with applied technology makes a difference.
