Design of the strategy for applying DORA regulation (2024) for insurance institutions.

• Design, modeling, and urbanization of functional and technical architectures (DWP/CxP/CMS, B2B2C, Microservices, API Management, Digital OPEN API), audit, organization in the insurance, banking, healthcare, telecommunications, energy, and utilities sectors.

• Design of three-tier architectures with Front-end to improve customer experience (DxP/CMS), in compliance with TOGAF framework.

• For large companies in France, New Caledonia, DOM/TOM, regions of Europe and Latin America, in the Telecom, Banking and Finance, Energy and Utilities, Healthcare, Metallurgy, and Mining sectors.

• Definition of target architectures in digital transformation centered on customer experience (DxP/CMS).

• Design of three-tier architectures (Omnichannel/Multichannel Front-end, Application, Back-end) using an integration layer based on Microservices.

• Design of architectures adapted to customer experience and service quality requirements, in contact with business stakeholders and IT departments of business applications, in accordance with the target IS architecture.

• Contribution to the implementation of a new Web-oriented architecture (WOA, Rest resources, Microservices...) as part of a global IS redesign.

• Responsible for the definition, design, and implementation of the target transformation architecture for digital customer management at OPT-NC telecom, in compliance with the TOGAF framework. Modeling using Archimate.

• For French clients (FT, SFR) and European clients (Belgacom, FastWeb, Telefonica), and in the implementation of IT solutions. Main point of contact (KAM – Key Account Manager) for clients and prospects in the Telecommunications and Energy & Utilities sectors.

• Responsible for target business architecture studies and the application of SI target architecture principles (TOGAF Framework, ARCHIMATE modeling).

• Responsible and coordination of the Front End and Client SPOC.

• Design and management of the development of a digital, omni-channel, and multi-channel Mass Market IS.

• Coordination of internal teams in pre-sales, preliminary studies, audit (Due Diligence) phases, and presentations for tender responses.
