I am anERP consultant with over 22 years of experiencehelping companies analyze, implement, and improve their systems. I have worked primarily in service environments with complex operations, gaining experience in planning, operations, cost control, billing, and financial processes.

I have also worked in retail environments, broadening my perspective on different business models.

Throughout my career, **I have participated in all phases of an ERP project**: needs analysis, process definition (AS-IS / TO-BE), implementation, testing, migrations, training, and support. I have also made improvements to existing systems, adapting the ERP to real operations and collaborating with sales, purchasing, warehousing, and finance departments.

I currently work in Finance, which gives me a global view of the business and how economic processes connect with daily operations.

In addition to my functional experience, I have a technical background (SQL, programming, report design), which facilitates communication with development teams and ensures functionally and technically viable solutions.

I have training in SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD, PP), which complements my experience and gives me a broader view of financial, logistics, and production processes.

As a freelancer, I am interested in collaborating on projects where I can contribute experience from the beginning and help ensure that solutions truly work.
