In this context, I lead a variety of mobile, Web and API's omnichannel products to engage retailers and brands’ most valuable shoppers with personalized offers to conversion to Own&Operated solution (Coupon Network), gamification (PromoGaming), audience extension (Carrefour, System U, Intermarché, Monoprix), Coupons Partnership (iGraal, TF1 Conso, Wind3, Edeka, Shopfully, EBuyClub, Envie de plus) & digital transformation.

o Product Strategy

• Defining new omnichannel value propositions for new emerging customers (mobile applications, websites, and API web services) and translate them into Product Roadmap.

• Lead monthly IT/Analytics/Products sessions to prioritize digital roadmap.

• UX analytics and research, A/B testing, UI prototyping and privacy designing (Figma, Adobe), Flow design and persona description

o Product Delivery

• Global orchestration of the projects with UX/UI designer, QA team, Data Science Team, Dev, Legal & Security, DPO and GDPR compliance, IT team

• Digital platform development in SCRUM KANBAN agile mode with consistency between other projects scalability approach based on the roadmap priorities.

Understanding of the UCITS business and sales (NAV, net assets, performance, regulatory issues, UCIT IV directive, etc.), Natixis Asset Management's Web / Mobile for the creation / redesign / evolution of websites, intranets, extranets and mobile applications (iOS and Android) including the interfacing of management data, accounting and documentary databases from the IS.

3/ Websites factory creation for Caisse d'Epargne and Banque Populaire (GSM space, CNP Extranet, GlobalNet, etc.)

o Structuring the global vision & strategy with the definition of action scenarios, establishing the annual roadmap and associated budget (600K€)

o Needs analysis with the business, write functional specifications for Call for Tender, reading and selection of proposed projects, interviews, choice of service provider, price negotiation and contractualization
