Carlos Carvajal

I am Carlos, a Systems Engineer and Full-Stack developer. I have been building software for over 10 years: the last few years working for companies like Sopra Steria, Druni, or Altare, on projects for process management, industrial maintenance, and business applications with .NET, Vue.js, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.

My lifelong specialty has been the same as what I offer now as a freelancer: taking manual and repetitive processes and turning them into systems that run on their own. I have done this for industrial plants, water companies, and retail; now I also do it for SMEs and service businesses, incorporating AI where it truly adds value.

My day-to-day is like this: I analyze how my client works, find where hours are lost (budgets made by hand, leads answered late, data copied between Excel, email, and CRM), design the solution, and build it. Sometimes it's an integration between tools you already use, sometimes a chatbot that handles WhatsApp, and sometimes custom development when nothing fits.

How I work: first, a free 20-minute diagnostic call. You tell me your process, and I'll tell you what I would automate first, how much time you would save, and if it's worth doing - and if it's not worth it, I'll tell you that too. I prefer a well-advised client over a project that doesn't add value.

I work remotely from Valencia for all of Spain. I deliver documented and stable solutions, following best practices (ITIL) so that what I build continues to function when I'm no longer there.
