For the years 2020 and 2021, I participated in the preparation of the Medium-Term Fiscal Framework of the Government of Valle del Cauca. I was part of the team that provided support to the FITCH RATINGS entity, which has been rating the Department of Valle del Cauca, with national long and short-term ratings of 'AAA (col)' and 'F1+(col)', respectively. It reflects Fitch Ratings' expectation that the Department will preserve stable budgetary performance and adequate debt. Being the highest ratings for both the short and long term.
