I am a retired professor of Romance and Contrastive Linguistics, originally from Venice, living in Bamberg, Germany for over 40 years. I am currently working on three linguistic dictionary projects, creating a dictionary of German-Italian phraseology, and two dictionaries of German-Italian and English-Italian false friends. The creation of the three dictionaries is done using databases.
Furthermore, I am involved in creating websites in WordPress and as an administrator, I manage the website of the online magazine, MILAN Magazine (focused on children's fashion and family lifestyle, launched in 2015 by my twin daughters Anna and Antonia Milan).
As indicated above, I enjoy working with databases: My biggest project is a database of labels in the field of children's fashion and family lifestyle with currently about 12,000 entries. The database contains numerous important information about each label (with logo) and is constantly updated. The purpose of this work is to quickly and reliably provide media, brands, PR agencies, and all entities active in the field with important information.
