As a Product Owner within anAgile SAFeteam incorporating aDevSecOpsapproach, I am involved in redesigning the data publication flow architecture for EDF's 18 million digital customers for external partners.

The project relies on an AWS cloud infrastructure based on a technical stack usingSpring Batch, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, and CI/CD pipelinesfor deployment automation.

Responsibilities:

- Gathering and processing requirements to prepare for the development phase.

- Impact and dependency analysis in coordination with application architects, POs, SAFe train PMs, and our external partners.

- Planning deliveries, supporting development, validating sprint deliveries, and participating in business acceptance testing phases (testing strategy, acceptance reports, contribution to change management document drafting).

Within an Agile SAFe team, I drafted technical and functional specifications and defined the testing strategy for the redesign of the data flow architecture and governance.

These flows (ODI / Hadoop) feed the energy consumption monitoring service for individual customers via the EDF & Moi mobile application. The processed data comes from Linky (electricity) and Gazpar (gas) smart meters and customer management systems (CRM).

Development of ETL flows with FME Integration for integrating customer data into the MUSE database, a Smart City urban management application (street furniture, public lighting, electrical grid, maintenance history).

Performed geomatics analyses and massive data migration from heterogeneous sources: database dumps, APIs, vector files, etc.
