- Within the Retail Concept & Identity department, design the various permanent in-store communication materials, POS displays, and merchandising displays for all stores worldwide.

- Create, in close collaboration with the concept & merchandising departments, books, communication guidelines, and deployment charters for international markets.

- Brief and guide creative and retail design agencies.

- Brief and approve the work of execution studios (in French and English versions).

- Brief the Production and Equipment/Design departments on the printing/production of projects (constraints, format, material, price...).

- Participate in the implementation of tests, primarily in commerce, marketing, and customer relations, with the objective of verifying the previously constructed strategy, with a representative panel of customers.

- Work closely with the manager to oversee each test project in its entirety (scoping, execution, review) and ensure relevant recommendations are made.

- Participate in improving the customer experience by relaying subscriber feedback and pain points.

- Contribute any ideas aimed at modernizing the customer relationship of the CANAL+ group (tools, discourse, methods) by drawing inspiration from best practices in customer relations and market trends.
