On average each year since 2020, I have participated in the production of 3 press presentations with over 200 guests, a press trip to Marseille, a proprietary event, as well as the production of 5 press kits and 30+ press releases.

I also coordinated 6+ paid influencer partnerships, organized packshot, lifestyle, and still life photoshoots, managed the budget, and supervised a team of two interns.

These actions generated over 3,100 publications across all sectors in 2024, with a strong presence in leading print media titles: Art et Décoration, Avantages, Elle, Elle Décoration, Gala, Le Journal de la Maison, Version Femina, etc.

Conception & Recommendation

- Assisted project managers in the conception and writing of customized event recommendations for 7 clients: Michelin, Babolat, CA des Savoie, FAAC, LIP, AKKA, and Schneider

- Prepared and presented proposals and materials to clients

- Approached 30+ new venues and activities to enrich the agency's offerings and propose innovative experiences

Event Management & Production

- Planned, designed, and produced the N100 Symposium, the NGO's flagship meeting, bringing together 57 speakers and 16 international partners, including Microsoft and Avast

- Provided operational supervision for events: logistics, catering, venues, security, and regulatory compliance

- Proactively managed unforeseen issues and resolved on-site problems

- Evaluated events, tracked indicators, and reported to optimize future projects

Partner Relations & Coordination

- Coordinated with partners and speakers to identify their needs and ensure their satisfaction

- Conducted market research and strategic monitoring to identify new opportunities and negotiate partnerships

- Participated in the recruitment and onboarding of future interns and volunteers
