I assume if you're reading this, it's to get to know me a little better, so I'll make it easy for you and tell you myself!

My true vocation is to bring out the best in people. That's why, if you look at my entire career, it has been focused on dealing with others and helping. I used to focus my work exclusively on clinical settings, then exclusively on occupational settings, and why not, one day I decided to do it all and unite my passions: People, Health, and Business.

Since then, I have worked in the clinical field and have also focused on the occupational field, offering therapy and company consultancies focused on this area (emotional management and identification, support, workplace harassment, stress, depression...) as well as advising on soft skills (communication, professional development, leadership techniques...). Additionally, I help companies improve and implement new measures for Occupational Health and Climate.

I offer specialized services to boost the growth and success of individuals and organizations. I provide training and consulting, enhancing team efficiency and bonding, as well as workplace communication and environment.
