As a co-founder of Locia Gestion, I created this company to offer comprehensive services in accounting, administrative, tax, and human resources management. Locia Gestion aims to simplify and optimize office management for our clients by taking charge of all accounting, tax, and administrative operations.

I oversee all services offered by the company, ensuring rigorous monitoring of tax and social obligations, while providing solutions tailored to HR management and daily administration. My role is to ensure that every aspect of our clients' financial and administrative management is handled efficiently, so they can focus on developing their business.

As an accountant, I was responsible for the complete management of the company's financial operations. My role included daily recording of accounting entries (invoices, payments, receipts) and monitoring of client and supplier accounts, as well as preparing and verifying bank reconciliations.

I ensured the accuracy of accounting entries and prepared tax and social declarations, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines. I also prepared balance sheets and income statements, while providing support to management control for financial data analysis.

In addition to these tasks, I managed budgets and treasury, and actively participated in the annual closing of accounts. My role also involved close collaboration with auditors and external organizations to ensure the company's financial compliance.

As an accounting secretary at AUTO FRANCE, a company in the automotive sector, I maintained a balance between administrative tasks and accounting management specific to this field. I was responsible for recording and tracking invoices related to spare parts purchases, vehicle maintenance, and customer services. I managed customer follow-ups for outstanding payments, as well as managing receipts and payments to suppliers. I also prepared information for the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations.

In addition to these accounting responsibilities, I handled the daily management of administrative documents, including drafting correspondence related to parts orders or customer file management. I also managed supplier files for automotive parts and maintenance contracts, while responding to payment and order requests.

My role also included managing and archiving accounting documents in compliance with tax and social deadlines, while providing administrative support to other departments, particularly the sales department and the repair shop, to ensure smooth and structured management.
