• Maintaining high work standards through effective leadership during intensive international travel (average 26 international trips per year);

• Successful completion and delivery of 3 Horizon, 2 BMBF, and 9 industrial projects, including negotiation and conclusion of contracts;

• Team expansion from 2.5 to 14 FTEs (including competence expansion to academic writer, graphic designer, additional PMs);

• Restructuring of the project delivery model: conversion of loss-making projects into profitable engagements (average project margin of 54% for industrial projects);

• Management of customer relationships, consortium partners, and third-party providers in several European countries;
