I am passionate about people, which is why my professional career has revolved around them. I have been working in human resources for over 20 years, in both selection and training. I've done it all, I started in a temporary employment agency where I learned to select generalist profiles quickly for all types of companies, after that I joined a headhunter where I recruited senior profiles from the technology world and later I joined SGS, as head of selection, from junior profiles to senior management profiles, preferably with a technical profile.

I consider myself a highly competent professional who enjoys her work, always seeking the company's benefit through the perfect fit between candidate and organization: a win-win. I believe my ability to listen, my curiosity, my flexibility, my interest in knowing in detail the sector in which I operate, which facilitates my success in this fit, my high problem-solving ability, and my speed of response differentiate me.

For personal reasons, I left my previous company and went to London to live an incredible family experience. I have been training as a coach and collaborating as a human development consultant.

Currently, I work as a freelancer helping companies find and select candidates for their teams.

I am open to interesting collaboration proposals, always within the field of human resources, both in selection and management.
