Capucine Thireau

After 2 years of preparatory classes and 4 years at AgroParistech, I hold a degree in agronomy engineering and am now a coach-trainer following a career change!

I lived abroad for 11 years with my family, in Germany, Belgium, and South Africa, which gave me an international perspective and a broad open-mindedness.

Upon our return to France in September 2022, I was a training manager at Microsoft for 2 years, and I trained as a coach in parallel. I currently work for clients such as Microsoft, Dior, Royal Canin, Cartier, Givaudan, LVMH, Airbus... whom I have supported on projects to deploy Gallup's CliftonStrengths approach, Emotional Intelligence, and DISC and WPMOT, coaching tools for which I am certified.

I am currently the pedagogical director (outsourced) of the "Campus des Audacieux," a training organization for entrepreneurship creation and takeover for those over 45.

My "WHY" (à la Simon Sinek): Align potentials so they can shine. I am an inner flame igniter!

As a mother of 3 close-in-age sons and children with High Potential, I trained in Positive Discipline (to build a Firm & Caring framework) by Jane Nelsen in 2016 and in parental burnout: I lead training sessions to train Positive Discipline facilitators.

I am recognized as a ray of sunshine who sees the glass as half full and is solution-oriented! I am described as dynamic, curious, empathetic, a good listener, open, firm & caring. I enjoy taking on challenges and stepping out of my comfort zone.

My passions: nature, sports, personal development, travel, time with family and friends.

I live near Aix-en-Provence and am available for travel throughout France and internationally.
