As a coach and equine coach, I offer support for individuals (children, adolescents, and adults) as well as for companies. My interventions focus on self-confidence, personal assertiveness, communication, and group integration. I assist individuals facing relational difficulties, lack of confidence, or challenges in setting clear boundaries. I can also offer a personalized approach using equine mediation.

Experience in primary education that allowed me to develop skills in pedagogy, classroom management, and child support. This experience also led me to reflect deeply on the diversity of student needs and the importance of offering complementary and individualized approaches, thus guiding my career towards coaching and personalized child support.

As a childcare professional, I supported young children for six years, paying particular attention to their psychomotor, emotional, and relational development. I provided a secure and nurturing environment, fostering autonomy, learning, and respect for each child's pace. I also supported and guided young parents in their educational role, establishing a relationship of trust and active listening.
