• Leads the IP department on innovative and energy transition-oriented projects.

• Advises, negotiates, and drafts complex strategic technology agreements (licenses, R&D, M&A) in French and English, manages litigation and monitors.

• Manages 3 lawyers and coordinates cross-functional departments.

As a volunteer expert, leads working groups & events aimed at developing and promoting best practices for managing Legal Departments (tools, KPIs, AI, compliance…)

• Post-carve-out restructuring of the legal function, including the management of all legal, contract, and compliance matters for the Group, in a context of strong international development.

• Management and monitoring of over 200 contracts (commercial, IT, R&D, leases): Risk analysis, review (including tenders), drafting, and negotiation.

• Regulatory compliance (GDPR, Sapin II Law) and management: Audits, awareness training, policy and procedure review, risk mapping, third-party assessments, agreement reviews…

• Reconstruction of the legal department: Recruitment, integration, and management of 4 lawyers (FR/US/MY/ME). Development of a legal roadmap aligned with the strategy, review and implementation of processes, templates, indicators, and tools (e-signature, CLM, reporting). Budget management.

• Governance of the Group's 17 companies in 14 countries. Review of delegations.

• Review and management of all Group insurance policies and associated contracts.

• Intellectual property management.
