For 1 year, I managed the development and complete oversight of the boutique's digital communication, with the goal of increasing its visibility and attracting customers to the store.

Specifically, I:

• Created and developed the boutique's Instagram and TikTok accounts

• Implemented a content strategy adapted to the local target audience

• Published regular content (posts, Reels, stories)

• Analyzed performance and adjusted the strategy

• Conducted photo and video shoots in the boutique

• Defined the artistic direction of the content

• Implemented communication and promotion actions

• Participated in the creation of editorial content (magazine/materials)

I managed the boutique's entire digital presence, from strategy to content creation, with a practical, results-oriented approach.

After a year as a Community Manager at a ready-to-wear boutique in Perpignan, where I created and developed their social media presence, I am now a freelancer and help boutiques attract more customers through Instagram or TikTok.

With my field experience, I understand the real challenges faced by retailers: showcasing collections, building relationships with their customers, and driving foot traffic to the store.
