Compensation & Benefits Consultant, I support SMEs and mid-sized companies in building and managing their salary policy.

My expertise covers all C&B topics: building and revising salary grids, job mapping and evaluation, preparing for salary increase campaigns (NAO), gender pay equity analysis, and compliance with 2026-2027 pay transparency obligations.

I built this expertise at Chanel and Danone, for scopes of 8,000 to 9,000 employees. Today, I choose to bring this level of expertise to smaller organizations, those facing the same compensation challenges as large groups, without always having an internal C&B team.

My unique selling proposition: I don't just deliver technical work. I systematically integrate the communication dimension (materials for managers, presentations for teams) because a compensation policy is only effective if it is understood by those experiencing it.

Based in Lyon, I work mainly remotely and travel regularly, particularly to Paris, depending on the mission's needs.

I can intervene on a one-off basis (diagnosis, redesign, compliance) or with regular presence, a few days a month.
