Typical mission: launching a first functional version from a concept and mockups.

Within the framework of Track Together, an event-based mobile application, the objective was to allow users to discover events, register for them, and interact with DJs during parties.

The MVP included:

Interactions between users and organizers
Features for highlighting through payment
The project was carried out with an MVP approach, in collaboration with a designer, to quickly deliver a testable version and iterate on features based on initial user feedback.

A clear and scalable product foundation was established to allow the project to evolve without a complete redesign.

JHMH is a hotel company managing several real estate assets, with complex financial flows related to reservations, taxes, and booking platforms.

Transformation and evolution of an internal accounting and business tool to centralize data, make financial calculations more reliable, and simplify daily management.

Implementation of a system allowing:
Retrieval and aggregation of reservations from all assets
Verification of amounts charged by booking platforms (Booking, OTA, etc.)
Automatic management of taxes (VAT, tourist tax, public bodies)
Calculation of understandable prices and volumes despite the complexity of the flows

Development of aninternal back-office with key performance indicators (KPIs) to track activity, revenues, and their derivatives clearly and effectively.

Automation of customer invoice generation at checkout, with on-demand sending, and management of complex monetary flows between the group's different entities.

This mission made financial data reliable, reduced manual errors, and optimized business costs through better visibility and recalculation of allocated budgets.

The project was carried out in collaboration with several departments and in direct contact with the founder, allowing me to quickly understand business challenges and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
