    Padelstay is launching in a non-existent market in France: private accommodations with an integrated padel court. The challenge was twofold:
    • create B2C desirability around a new stay concept,
    • and establish B2B credibility with padel clubs and coaches.
    What we implemented
    A complete social media strategy designed for a brand launch: market research, definition of B2C and B2B personas, brand platform, distinct roles per platform (Instagram for desirability / LinkedIn for prospecting), 6-month editorial plan in 3 phases, and content pillars adapted to each target.

    The added value
    A solid strategic foundation before any posting -> so that each content serves a specific objective and the brand is immediately identifiable in a market it is creating.
