Within a demanding V-Model space environment, I managed the software quality of a critical ground segment within a team of 20 people. My role was to structure and industrialize all testing activities, from defining the validation strategy to strictly ensuring requirements coverage (URD → SRD). On a daily basis, I supported teams through training and business support, while ensuring supervision of deliveries, validation of documentary datapacks, and contribution to overall project management (planning, staffing, client relations).

The result: A significantly more robust and readable validation process, and above all, a quality objective achieved at 100% with zero delivery rejections from the client.

Passionate about knowledge sharing, I designed and delivered internal training courses dedicated to functional design, adapted to both Agile and V-Model contexts. My objective was to structure tailor-made pedagogical paths for groups of 10 to 15 people remotely, with a strong emphasis on popularizing complex concepts. Beyond theory, I supported the teams' skill development by raising awareness of best practices and enriching discussions with my own field experience.
