As a student pursuing a dual degree in engineering and architecture, I am passionate and meticulous, assisting agencies, developers, and real estate professionals in producing their technical and graphic documents. - Technical drawing and finalization: Creating plans, sections, elevations, and detail sheets using AutoCAD or Revit.

- 3D modeling: Building precise digital models in SketchUp or Rhino from your sketches or 2D plans.

- Rendering and post-production: Producing 3D visuals with Lumion or Twinmotion and retouching sales plans in Photoshop.

- Vectorization: Converting old plans into usable digital formats (DWG, RVT).

- My current education allows me to understand architectural challenges and drawing standards, making me immediately operational. I am particularly responsive, flexible with hours, and very attentive to respecting your agency's graphic standards.
