For 15 years, I've been reflecting on the question of happiness.

For 15 years, I've seen people who have everything to be happy and aren't. And the opposite. In Neuilly, where I was raised, or among the homeless with whom I've worked, as an entrepreneur or as a personal development journalist, I've spent 15 years trying to figure out what happiness depends on.

I've created a conference in which, from positive psychology to neuroscience and philosophy, I invite collaborators to question with me what makes us happy. With humor, we explore together the paths that can lead us to become our own providers of happiness.

Because happy employees are employees who work better.

I offer you 3 complementary formats:

- my signature conference on the science of happiness (1h) "I explore happiness", with concrete steps to become your own happiness provider;

- a collective ownership workshop "I own happiness" (1h30), in pairs with a facilitator in collective intelligence, to bring happiness back into the realm of professional conversations;

- an artistic restitution workshop "I embody happiness" (2 to 3h): a clip, a photo shoot, or a graphic mural to end on a joyful note and keep a trace of this collective symphony.
