I was involved in the instructional design of orthodontics training modules. I reviewed and corrected training content to ensure pedagogical coherence (content presentation, clarification of instructions, restructuring of the plan, harmonization of layout). I also carried out a graphic and ergonomic redesign of training materials to ensure better cognitive impact.

Storyboard creation mission for the training of employees of a social housing organization. Construction of 3 storyboards: Fire risk prevention, Fire safety equipment, Fire permit. Design of screens, interactivity, and voice-overs. Design of quizzes and production of a V2 following client feedback.

I have been collaborating with ESSCA since 2024 as a digital instructional designer for the creation of 100% online courses for Master's in Finance and MBA programs.

I work in collaboration with the team and lecturers to guide them in designing their courses.

I support and inspire: I am the pedagogical mentor for the lecturers, helping them create engaging and pedagogically effective online courses.

I work on texts, audio/video scripts, learning and assessment methods (quizzes, peer assessment, discussion forums), and ensure their quality.

I develop training content in collaboration with subject matter experts, selecting the most relevant content elements for integration into courses.

I prepare and produce the various deliverables, including the pedagogical framework, synopsis, scripts, and final digital modules.

I oversee the creation process of pedagogical resources and ensure the technical integration of all finalized resources on the LMS platform (Canvas).
