- Creation, management, and follow-up of the 360 project for the Lancôme Rose Café on the Champs-Elysées and in Doha (from architecture to menu).

- Development of technical plans, 3D models, street permit applications, site supervision, and mock-up installations.

- Creation for the brand in collaboration with Richard Orlinski, Amorino, Ladurée, Nina Metayer.

- Development and implementation of in-store animations.
