Project manager for "Innovative Parking": implementation of the decentralization of on-street paid parking, definition of tariffs, communication, modernization of payment methods (parking meters and smartphone payment), dematerialization of subscriptions, and deployment of a unique data concentrator in France. Installation of charging stations for electric vehicles in parking structures and on streets. Deployment of license plate recognition systems in parking lots. Monitoring relations with the two concessionaires URBIS TRANSDEV and INDIGO and various service providers: CITEPARK, DESIGNA, INDESTAT IER, ORBILITY, FLOWBIRD, IEM, PAYBYPHONE, EXTENSO, ...

- Public Vehicle Control Department: taxis

- Regulated Spaces Management Department: pedestrian zones, smart parking + general administration unit

Development and implementation of municipal powers regarding traffic and parking regulations, monitoring of on-street parking compliance, supervision and control of the parking public service delegation, management of pedestrian zones and public space mobility (car sharing, free-floating, personal mobility devices), and development of the Urban Mobility Plan axes.
