For 4 years, I have been working as a developer at an international company that publishes an omnichannel communication solution in the cloud.

In this context, I participate in the development and evolution of several application modules related to CRM integration, user journey automation, online payments, and web performance optimization.

My main interventions:

- Development of integrations between the omnichannel solution and several CRMs;

- Use of existing APIs and CTI connectors;

- Development of interfaces and features in Angular and Node.js

- Improvement of user experience for sales and support teams.

- Contribution to the development of the API for a bill payment solution

- Integration with Checkout;

- Improvement of the payment process;

- Contribution to improving cash collection through a simpler and more efficient payment process.

- Replacement of a WordPress site with an application developed with Angular

- Improvement of the site's technical performance

- Work on the site structure to strengthen SEO performance

This experience has allowed me to work on various issues with a direct impact on operational efficiency, commercial performance, and user experience: CRM integration, automation, online payments, web optimization, and performance improvement.

Worked at an SME that publishes an online appointment scheduling solution, acting as technical lead for the project.

The existing application required technical modernization to improve its performance, maintainability, and overall code quality. The challenge was to evolve the platform without starting from scratch, while securing the existing codebase and improving the user experience.

My main achievements:

- PHP/Laravel update

- Optimization and refactoring of existing code

- Complete rewrite of the front-end with a modern framework

- Improvement of the code structure to facilitate future developments

- Securing and stabilizing the application base

This intervention improved the user experience through better performance, while enhancing code quality, security, and maintainability. The solution became more stable, more modern, and easier to evolve to support the company's needs.

Design andend-to-end developmentof a responsive web application allowing a prevention and safety department to digitize its field audits with technicians.

Before the tool was implemented, audits were conducted on paper, and the results had to be manually re-entered into Excel files. This process was time-consuming, inefficient, and limited the use of the collected data.

I developed a custom application enabling teams to:

- Conduct audits directly on their phones;

- Centralize results in a database;

- View tracking statistics;

- Export results in Excel format;

- Reduce manual data entry and ensure data reliability.

This solution simplified the teams' work, saved time in processing audits, and provided better visibility into field practices.
