She was first a psychiatric nurse, then an HR manager at the Airbus group, and a trainer in France and Quebec.

Today, she works with teams and managers on the most demanding topics: interpersonal communication, conflict management, assertiveness, team cohesion, and customer relations.

Her signature: role-playing exercises based on real cases, brought to life through her acting skills, which provoke immediate and lasting transformation.

In 10 years, she has supported more than 350 people in France and Quebec, in various contexts: latent tensions, harassment, professional burnout, disengagement. Her participants leave with concrete tools, applicable the very next day.
