Based on the ABC of the Community of Communes and its popularized booklet (see previous experience), and after analyzing actions already implemented and a territorial diagnosis, writing the territorial animation strategy around biodiversity for 2026 to 2030.

This strategy will serve as a guide for elected officials and community agents to identify areas to develop year by year, anticipate costs, and bring their territory to life.

Naturalist valorization following the publication of the inter-communal biodiversity atlas of the community of communes. Creation of a poster highlighting some species and production of a forty-page A5 booklet, highly illustrated, for the public. The principle was to offer a highly popularized, easy-to-read, and visually attractive document. Two naturalist illustrators specializing in watercolor worked with me on this project.
