    The project is international, with two distinct audiences:

    👉 a community in Israel, mainly older practitioners, seeking gentle and regular practice
    👉 an international community based in Greece (Leonidio), active (mainly climbers and slackliners), focused on dynamic practice

    The challenge was therefore to create a platform capable of meeting very different needs, paces, and approaches, while maintaining overall consistency.

    Scope of the mission:

    👉 Analysis of existing content (videos, recordings) to identify what could be kept, improved, or supplemented
    👉 Structuring the offering around two main axes (gentle practice / dynamic practice) linked to the two audiences
    👉 Definition of programs and user journeys (discovery, engagement, progression)
    👉 Platform setup on Podia (website, products, content organization)
    👉 Integration of a booking system for individual sessions
    👉 Creation of email sequences
    👉 Support for video production and editing to ensure consistency and clarity

    Assisted the Bellezza e Bontà brand in structuring and developing its digital communication, with the aim of clarifying its positioning, strengthening brand consistency, and supporting its online visibility.

    The project aligns with an international development ambition, with a long-term goal of franchise expansion in Europe. The challenge was therefore to lay solid, clear, and replicable foundations, suitable for progressive growth.

    Scope of the mission:

    - Audit and structuring of digital communication to identify areas for improvement and establish a clear framework
    - Clarification of positioning, key messages, and how the brand tells its story online, in line with its values, product, and ambitions
    - Support in creating the e-commerce site (reflection on architecture, user experience, and purchase journeys)
