Swimmer since forever, I wore the French national team jersey, won a junior European champion title, and broke a European record. This sport taught me discipline, rigor, and the ability to perform under pressure, reflexes that have never left me.

After a Master's degree in Politics, Discrimination, and Gender at Sciences Po Toulouse, complemented by a year in Rio de Janeiro, I joined Schneider Electric in 2018 as a VIE. I started as an HRBP in Budapest, responsible for HR strategy and transformation for the procurement teams (approximately 300 employees). This is where I laid the foundation for what would become my guiding principle: supporting teams, securing decision-making, and thriving on transformation.

This HR experience naturally led me to a PMO & Chief of Staff role for the European Procurement Leader, where I began to combine strategy, communication, and performance management, becoming the right-hand person to executives in preparing management committee meetings.

Back in France, I took charge of Change Management for the European supply chain's business transformation (S4 Hana project), before leading its PMO — managing the 5-year roadmap, budgets, and transformation methodology. Finally, I took over the direction of European Supply Chain Transformation: over 100 people under my responsibility, 40 factories, and 10 distribution centers, with concrete successes such as the go-live of our S4 Hana Cloud and Manhattan ERP systems.

What defines me is this continuous progression from human resources to high-level strategic management — always maintaining the discipline and competitive spirit inherited from swimming.
