Camille Chapuis

As co-director of Marseille Solutions, I work at the heart of social innovation and territorial dynamics. I design, develop, and manage innovative projects with high impact, fostering unprecedented alliances between public, private, associative, and citizen stakeholders. My role also includes managing multi-partner and intercultural projects, research & development, as well as structuring and administratively monitoring European projects. I oversee financial management and analysis of our activities, while defining and implementing appropriate communication strategies. Finally, I actively contribute to the storytelling of projects to enhance their clarity, mobilize stakeholders, and support territorial transformation.

For five years, I have been teaching a course at Kedge Business School on collaborative management, social innovation, and networks, to both a French-speaking and an English-speaking cohort. This module explores three key concepts: collaborative management as a managerial approach fostering collective intelligence; networking as a strategic lever to strengthen cooperation between stakeholders; and social innovation as a driver for creating projects that address societal challenges. My role is to impart concrete methods to students, guide them in analyzing complex ecosystems, and develop their ability to design innovative projects with high social impact, integrating multicultural and partnership dimensions.
