Camille Balaudé

Trained in the administration of cultural structures (Master's in Management of Cultural Institutions, Sciences Po Lille) and then in finance (Master's in Finance, IAE of Poitiers), I have over 12 years of experience in administrative, budgetary, social, and financial management, primarily within non-profit organizations, for budgets ranging from €500k to €2.5M.

Currently a Funding Officer for a major player in solidarity finance, I am consolidating my financial skills and developing my expertise in supporting VSEs, particularly in financial analysis, structuring management tools, and decision support.

I thus support associations and VSEs-SMEs in managing their daily administrative and financial challenges, as well as their structuring projects: investment, recruitment, scaling up, or financial security.

I offer one-off or regular missions, adapted to the needs and size of the structures.

> Outsourced administrative and management control missions for SME-sized structures.

With a good understanding of the associative sector and VSEs, and trained in team coaching tools, I also offer support for structuring and cohesion of teams in small and medium-sized structures (associations, cultural institutions, small businesses).

These interventions take the form of full or half-day sessions and combine:
