The SNE trusted me with the following missions as part of the promotion of the Prix Vendredi 2025 (9th edition):

- Press Relations: creation and distribution of external press releases (350 professional contacts), creation and distribution of a monthly internal newsletter, contacts and follow-ups, articles and interviews

- Bookseller-Librarian Relations: prospecting, planning of meeting tours across France, organization and coordination of meetings, author support

For three years, my role focused on:

- Programming and coordination of cultural events in France and the Francophonie (240/year),

- Monitoring and management of literary prizes in this territory (210/year),

- Development of artistic residencies,

- Design and organization of exhibitions and activities,

- Management of the annual budget allocated to the position,

- Creation, setup, and management of stands,

- Representing the organization at events and supporting authors (25/year),

- Participation in institutional commissions "BD and Youth Events" of the National Publishing Syndicate - SNE

- Quarterly reporting to management

- Administrative and legal liaison with authors

In the Youth and Comics department of Albin Michel editions, I evolved to handle the following tasks in this role:

- Public relations and coordination of tours in France and the Francophonie,

- Design of the quarterly magazine Maison A and launch of the journal Maison B

- Stand management and supervision

- Development of the RTL podcast "Lis-moi une histoire" (partnership) with Laurent Marsick

- Management of 2 interns
