I led the comprehensive redesign of the mobile application and web platform, defining the visual system and user experience. I improved the interface to prevent issues for the customer service department. I developed campaigns to increase sales and subscribed students, designed complementary editorial content, and was responsible for the storytelling design of animations in collaboration with the development team. I led a team of three junior profiles at different stages.
