Assisting clients in designing user-centered products and services with a positive impact, while remaining mindful of the balance with business objectives. My responsibilities include product design (web, mobile, business applications), service design (digital or physical customer journeys, etc.), methodological support, and acculturating teams to user-centered design approaches. As a Product Designer within a product team (PM, PO, Dev, Design), I am responsible for helping clients translate their product objectives within existing or structuring teams. This involves implementing various user research tools and methods, analyzing the usage of features once in production, through co-design, low-fidelity (wireframing) and high-fidelity (UI) mockups, and collaborating with development teams. I contribute to the implementation of various tools or processes to ensure consistency of experience across different interfaces.

In various digital and innovative contexts, I intervene at different stages:

- Research (understanding user needs, market, and client issues)

- Ideation (through facilitating design thinking workshops)

- Prototyping (creating storyboards, mockups, wireframes…)

- Design (setting up co-design workshops with business stakeholders, teams, and users)

- Testing phases (user testing, A/B testing…)

Active participation in the development and animation of our community through knowledge sharing (dojos, meetups…) and the implementation of a pioneering methodology, which will be at the core of the innovation challenges faced by our clients.
