SCOPE:

Padoa revolutionizes the world of occupational health by offering occupational health services (SST) a revolutionary digital platform to best address individual and collective prevention issues. In this context, I am acting as Project Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES and CONTRIBUTIONS:

• Supervision of a team of 7 project managers (including participation in recruitment).

• Responsible for the successful deployment of the Padoa solution to clients.

• Ensures change management support within the teams of occupational health services.

• Define the human resources (internal or external) necessary for project deployment and manage their allocation.

• Advise, assist, and evaluate project managers.

• Redesign and management of team organization.

• Implementation of a new project management methodology.

• Project support and assistance, from scoping to deployment (decision support, prioritization, arbitration, etc.).

• Consolidation, analysis, and budget monitoring.

SCOPE:

Within the Delivery Excellence department, I acted as IT Coordinator on cross-functional projects, coordinating the IT teams responsible for the impacted FO & BO systems (12 systems: TARS, Booking, CRM, Loyalty, API, etc.). I was also involved in the integration of IT systems for new hotel brands by implementing integration strategies validated by stakeholders and system experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES and CONTRIBUTIONS:

• Analysis and validation of project feasibility studies.

• Lead and coordinate teams of 2 to 20 technical and functional stakeholders (PMOs, POs, PPOs, Devs, Business & Operational).

• Project portfolio monitoring - budget up to €1M.

• Support and assistance to project teams from scoping to deployment (decision support, prioritization, arbitration, etc.).

• Consolidation, analysis, and budget monitoring: 200 person-days to 1000 person-days.

SKILLS:

• Monitoring of cross-functional operations - Liaison between management, business, developers, and QA.

• Facilitation of project committees.

• Validation and monitoring of functional and technical specifications, developments, acceptance testing, and go-live, respecting the methodologies applied (Scrum) and specificities of the web and mobile teams involved.

SCOPE:

As part of the development of its Univadis platform, a mobile application and web interface, serving 3 million healthcare professionals worldwide, I acted as Project Director and Product Manager for the content part.

RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTRIBUTIONS:

• Team management of 10 collaborators (PMs, PMOs, POs, PPOs, Devs, QAs) involved in:

1) the management of underlying strategic products (Drug MySQL-Web, Drug SQL-mobile, medical

calculator, MSD medical manual, etc.),

2) content management platforms and systems (SQL, MySQL, Jenkins, Talend, Nuxeo,

Postman, etc.) supporting Web and mobile products.

• Redesign and management of the organization and delivery procedures for deliverables - budgets of 800 person-hours.

• Renegotiation of supplier contracts by country: €30k to €150k.

• Participation in strategic thinking on user retention and acquisition, and monetization.

SKILLS:

• Management of geographically distributed teams.

• Validation and monitoring of deliverable development on a daily basis in agile mode (Scrum methodology).

• Cross-functional operations management - Liaison between management, business, developers, and QA.

• Continuous improvement and support of the Univadis website (customer support, user management, etc.).
