As the owner of OptiFlow Consulting, I support companies in analyzing, optimizing, and operationally further developing logistics, transport, and supply chain processes. My focus is particularly on increasing efficiency within warehouse, transport, and fleet structures, as well as on the economic optimization of existing process flows.

My areas of activity include, among others, the analysis of intra- and extralogsitcs processes, transport and freight management, tour and fleet analyses, tender management, cost and process optimization, as well as the development and implementation of sustainable logistics strategies. Furthermore, I support companies in interim management, outsourcing strategies, location and network planning, as well as in the operational implementation of complex logistics projects. Through my many years of management experience at ALDI SÜD and my entrepreneurial activity, I combine operational practice with strategic thinking and solution-oriented implementation competence. I not only advise companies but also actively support projects until the successful implementation of efficient and economical structures. My focus is particularly on practical solutions, transparent cooperation, and sustainable process optimization along the entire supply chain.
